'An error occurred' - unable to accept new contract terms

Hi,

 

We have an offer to accept a new contract but are unable to accept it as we get the following error in our account area:

 

"You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later."

 

We've no orders that we are aware of that are in process?

Hi there, thanks a lot for reaching out. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience caused here.

 

I've now made some changes to the account, you should now be able to process your upgrade via your online Member Centre.

Hello - I have the same problem, I'm afraid: 

An error has occurred

You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later.

 

Would you be able to fix it for me, please?

Hi @Gandalf I have had this problem for nearly 3 weeks, reported a few times but as of today nothing has been done. Why please.
