An error has occurred

Hi,

 

My account has the “An error has occurred” thing on it and my voicemail hasn’t activated.

Can you investigate please and correct?

A known problem on the website.

 

A staff member will be along in due course and get it fixed.

Hiya @mumcleod, I'm sorry for the issues with the account and for the problems this is causing you!

 

I have now taken the steps to get this sorted for you and added the feature on the back end system, this should complete within the next 24 hours and the should get rid of that error message for you. Let me know if there's still an issue after 24 hours though and I can review this again for you Smiley
