An error has occurred

We joined TalkTalk 2-3 months ago and since then have been unable to use our online account for anything other than reviewing current information due to a persistent error message stating:

"An error has occurred. You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later."


When consulting the Account Status page, everything shows as Complete or Activated. The router status shows as 'Delivery', but clicking on it reveals all stages have been successfully completed.


This seems to be a common problem? (that and all the scam calls we've been receiving that started the day after switching to PlusNet ☹️)
