An error has occurred

Hi i'm trying to amend my phone package but on my account it says "You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later." I moved to plusnet 3 months ago so guess that all orders are complete now.

Hi @Choppertoo30,

 

Apologies for any inconvenience that this has caused. I've made a change to your account now that should resolve the "you can't change your products" error and you should now be able to amend your call plan.

Thanks yes problem has gone away now
