An error has occurred - order in process

When I joined PlusNet 2 months ago I went line only and planned to change call plan to an inclusive plan after first month after seeing how much we use the phone. 

Have been trying to change my call plan and everytime I login I see:

"An error has occurred
You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later."

I haven't ordered anything since I joined and in the meantime I'm getting bills for all the call charges!

How can I change my call plan online?
