An error has occurred You cannot make any changes

Full message

An error has occurred

You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.

I have had this error since the account was activated and cannot add call divert which I need for work.

Please can you fix this?

Hi Jon,

It looks like there are multiple call features stuck in awaiting activation. I've changed the state of them to active now and I've placed an order with Openreach so they should start working within 24 hours.
