I have recently decided to change my ‘Talk Anytime’ call plan. Since I changed my plan, I have been unable to make further changes to my account, as I am receiving the following message
“An error has occurred. You can't change your products for the moment, you already have a product change in progress.”
Can you advise how long it will take for my account to update, so I can make further changes to my account, or can you correct this error for me?
