When I log into my account it has the following message, Plusnet has not billed me since December, albeit i have rang them regarding this.
The answer I got was, there were some accounts that they needed to sort out and they would be resolved soon.
I didn't realise for 'soon' read 3 months and counting.
My concern is that the amount I owe is accumulating to nearly £100.
Any idea when this is likely to be sorted, tried to ring today and it was a 20 min wait time.
