An error has occurred You can't change your products for the moment

I have been a customer since 2020 and have this on my account.
I need to change my phone contract as I have been paying for calls.
Also I would like my son to have authority on my account, he lives hundreds of miles away.
I'm 81 and don;'t have the abiltiy to do these things on the phone.
Please help

there is some bad coding on PN web site that unfortunately flags up the message you/your mother is seeing - it needs to be manually tweaked / removed by PN staff - hopefully one of CS staff should be able to sort it out fairly quickly.
It seems to be one of the common web issues that is still waiting to be fixed ( I'm guessing the original website builder left the company and took the instruction book with him)
