An error has occurred You can't change your products for the moment

Hi I have been with plusnet for a few months now, but I am still getting this error when I view most pages on my account:

Please can someone advise how this can be resolved, it seems to be blocking some site functions

Hi - I've got the exact same problem and it's preventing me from renewing my contract? Definitely don't have an order in progress at the moment. Thanks in advance.

Hi @whiteheadrupert, welcome to the Community Forums.

I'm sorry to hear you're receiving this error also and we believe to have stopped this from happening if you try to browser through the member center again.
In regards to looking into your current contract I've updated a ticket on your acocunt which may help and can be seen here.

Hello. I am new to the Community so finding my way around. I have been trying to renew my contract for 2 weeks now and keep getting this message - An error has occurred. You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later. How do I get this fixed please?

Me too.  I am a new(ish) user but I get this message, which seems odd since you have sent me an email which says I am now fully up and running.  When I check my account it shows the router status as 'delivery' which is clearly out of date.

Hi there @lauriegou I can see no billing issue of this sort on your account, if you're having an issue re contracting online then you can do this over the phone with our Customer Options Team.

They are contactable directly on 0800 013 2632 and they are open between the following hours:

Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 20:00
Saturday: 09:00 - 19:00
Sunday: 09:00 - 18:00

Hi, I'm also getting this, I was looking at renewing, But never completed the renewal, Yet I get an email saying about a new order?? I won't be taking out a new contract that's more expensive.

I have exactly the same problem.  "An error has occurred.  

You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later."

I don't have an order being processed, this is blocking areas of "My Account".  Please fix this for me too.   Thanks.

Hi, 

I have had the same message "You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later." on my account almost as long as I have had my Plusnet account. Is somebody able to fix it for me....

Sorry to hear about problems with your account. I have removed legacy order from your account. You should be able to do any changes you've tried before now.

I have the same problem and reported it 1st June by phone and again yesterday

The problem is still there.!!!
