An error has occured

I'm trying to renew my broadband package and i keep getting an error message what says "you can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later.", its been like this for a couple of months and I have not made an order. Can anyone help me out?

Will someone please help me with same problem which came up wile I was trying to extend Fibre Extra contract. Cant get through to customer service and no other means of help available

Any update on this bug being sorted for my account?

 

Really not enjoying paying £35.98 per month instead of being able to change onto the £22.99 contract because of this bug and through no fault  of my own!
