An Error has Occurred - phone order in progress

Error is showing 'you cannot make changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress'

My account shows Plusnet Call Protect Awaiting Activation

This has been showing for quite some time and it seems there is nothing I can do to remove it.

Is it possible to remove this please?

Hi Robbiedoo, sorry for the issue with that, I've raised a task to our billing team to get that fixed, once done you should be able to make any changes to the account that you need to.
