'An Error Has Occured' - Unable to view, change or upgrade...

For quite a while now I've been unable to view certain pages on my account, edit any existing products or upgrade / renew my contract as I always receive the following error:

Unable to change service
You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.
----------------
I was looking to renew my contract but my online account is basically unusable and prefer to renew online, as well as being able to add call plans if I need to.
Please could you take a look at my account and rectify this issue?

Hi @Lesleypants, thanks for getting in touch and welcome to the Community Forums.
I'm sincerely sorry to hear you're having difficulties when trying to renew your contract online as of recent. I'd advise giving our Customer Options Team a call so they can look into this for you and if they can't resolve the stuck phone order they should be able to get your requested changes applied over the phone for you. They are contactable directly on 0800 013 2632 and they are open between the following hours:
Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 20:00
Saturday: 09:00 - 19:00
Sunday: 09:00 - 18:00
