I switched my mobile provider away from PlusNet several months ago... I was on a 30 day rolling contract and got a text to say I didn't owe anything. So I cancelled the direct debit.
A couple of months later and I am now getting texts to say I owe about £1.50
I have tried looking at my old account to see why but can't access it anymore to see the bills. I tried calling twice but gave waiting to get through.
Can someone from PlusNet mobile contact me so we can work out why you think I still owe you something.
