Amazon vouchers a no show for 6 months

Once again I am on with you about the £100 Amazon vouchers. I signed up in July last year, have been on chat, phone and support about these and have been fobbed off long enough.

Am I going to receive these?

As you can see i have been told these were on their way back in 5 Oct.

I rang again in November and was told the request was being put through to the marketing department and they would ensure I get the vouchers.

Is there any other lies I can be told now???
