Am I due a partial refund?

Having recently made the switch from madasafish to Plusnet I'm wondering if I'm due a partial refund and if I need to do anything to get it or it will be automatic.
My last maaf invoice covered line rental and broadband for the period 5/9/12 to 4/10/12.  I switched over to Plusnet on 11/9/12 and a full months payment was taken from my credit card.
Whilst a further invoice has been raised on my maaf account to cover trailing call charges I can't see that anything has been raised to cover a credit for the unused maaf rental/ broadband.
Am I missing something?
