Already tried to cancel BT Sport

I have tried to cancel BT Sport on the 8th March (Question #199765001) which was confirmed but I have now been charged again this month and I have noticed that it is still active.

 

Can you please cancel this now and look into refunding the payment which was wrongly taken?

 

I have used the forum rather than tie up your already busy phone lines.

Can someone at Plusnet please help with this?

Other customers posting after mine appear to be getting listened to.
