I find it amazing that an Internet Company like Plusnet has no facility to take online payments.
I have been trying to pay my final bill and find it is not possible to pay online. This, in my opinion, is quite frankly ridiculous.
I have been a very happy Plusnet customer until it was time to leave and get a better deal.
Now I have been told that my account has been closed 2 days ago and passed on to debt collectors for £16.32
Seriously disappointed in Plusnet and I can see from scanning the forum that I am not the only one.
Request that somebody from Customer Service contacts me via EMAIL to get this matter closed satisfactorily.
