Aligning my package discount with my LR saver?
Please could somebody help me align the two. My contract is soon up for renewal, and if I stay with PlusNet I'd like my LR saver to be aligned with my BB/calls package discount as currently they are a month apart due to PlusNet billing issues when I renewed last year.

No I haven't. Having previously raised tickets I find they are a very slow way of getting a reply and I normally need to wait 48 hrs. My "ticket allocation" is also currently full and i'm unable to open more.
