Well, it is now June 2019, I took out the 18 month contract in December 2018, and Plusnet are still charging the wrong amount

 

There have been no refunds and no update

 

Difficult to believe that the service level can be so bad, especially if you watch the TV advertisements

 

Appreciate if someone from Plusnet can sort it out, I did try to 'chat' but seems the chatters are busy

Put in a formal complaint, ask for a date for r esolution and if they can't give you one, and they can't, ask for deadlock letter and go to Ombudsman Services, it may not get it fixed but it will get somne compensation. Also contact BACS, google it, they are responsible for allowing Pnet to be able to take DD's and can stop them having that right., Tell them that you have been overcharged for months and no refunds.

 

Though if it were me I would take them to small claims court.
