Agreed discount not applied

Hi Plusnet,
I have contacted you already about this issue yet still had no email to confirm what is happening.
When i took out my broadband with you in November 2014 it was agreed on the sales call that the first 6 months of broadband would be free, so i would only pay the line rental.
Your online chat said it was unusual for my account not to have a discount and they will listen to the sales call within 24 hours and email me the outcome, this time frame has expired.
Please inform me when his discount is going to be applied and also backdate any credits that i am missing, the full £30 has already been taken out and as a new customer of yours this isnt the best start.
