Again failed http redirects to failed.billing, some internet services can't work, plus.net down also

Hello,

Again I am getting failed redirect attempts to failed.billing.plus.net when accessing http sites, a few internet based services cannot work, and of course plus.net is completely down so cannot check or make payments even if that was the cause.

 

Usually I phone to fix the issue but it's too late to phone today.

 

Strangely this happened yesterday or the day before and the representative said something along the lines of "there are no restrictions on your account" (although they did get it working in the end), so the problem appears to be increasing in frequency.

My direct debit appears to have failed again and I've been blocked from the main plus.net site - could somebody please provide a link where I can pay manually by card without waiting for the direct debit to go through?

 

(plus.net/pay is, of course, blocked)

Hi @jellybeanz I'm sorry to hear this has happened again. I have removed the premature restrictions on your account so you should now have access to pay via www.plus.net/pay

Thank you @Satss, everything seems to be unblocked now but I still can't use plus.net/pay - the following message comes up:

Error

Sorry, we are not able to complete this request at the moment, please try again later.

I've logged into my account and can't find a single link to actually make a payment! Please help. Sad

@jellybeanz I apologise for all the issues, it seems like there may be a temporary issue with the payment link. If you are unable to pay anywhere else via the member centre then the next option would be to give our Customer service line a call to make the payment. Their direct number is 0800 432 0200 and there is currently no wait in the call queue so you should be able to speak with one of our advisors straight away.

I'm hard of hearing so I am unable to use the phone - I just want a link to make payment online.
