Having now received my MAC, am I required or recommended to advise Plusnet when I have been connected to another ISP? If so how many ways of doing so are allowed?
Advise them - best via a normal ticket. It shouldn't be necessary as the BT system should do it but sometimes it glitches and by raising a ticket you have proof when you told them if there is any argument about billing
