After midnight usage with Plusnet Extra

Apologies if this has been covered but I couldn't find it.
I have Plusnet Extra.  Am I right in thinking I can download as much as I like after midnight, and if not what is the story?

You can download whatever and how ever much you like in the "free period"  which is midnight to 8am
There is no fair usage policy or limits of use
Have you considered moving to unlimited which may save you money specially if you have the phone with Plusnet

That's very clear as well as incredibly prompt, Oldjim.  Much appreciated.  I tried to figure out the blue part of the usage bar and the 84GB thing, without success (maybe I'm just dumb), but given what you say I have no need to bother.  I think I'm good as I am - I actually never use the phone.
