Over a month ago I spoke to an advisor with a view to reducing the cost of my broadband or leaving.
The outcome of the discussion was a reduction and a change of product which should have taken my monthly bill from around £40 to under £30. I've had two bills since and they are both still around £40 and product has not been changed.
