Hi. I have additional charges on my bill...which has doubled my bill (not for the first time) and I have no idea why. Could someone please help. I have looked at the breakdown and this doesnt help. It isnt the first time my bill have been a lot higher than expected. I recently changed to a fixed deal so surely it shouldn't be higher. Thank you.
