I was given a new account a month ago in order for Plusnet to expedite a change in my broadband service. I have just received the first bill and it has an item on it of "Additional Call Charges" (see attachment) that I did not accrue by making calls.
There are no calls showing in this new account and the old one has been closed so that I have no way of knowing what calls I was supposed to have made.
I would appreciate an explanation of this .
