Additional Call Charges?

Hi,

I have 'Unlimited Fibre Extra' and I never use my landline (don't even have a phone). But I have mysteriously been charged 50p on my bill this month for 'Additional Call Charges'.

Does anyone have an explanation?

@PabloBruno That sounds very much like an OpenReach (or sub-contract) engineer) using - wrongly the Speaking Clock service to find a free circuit, which they should not be doing, there is a dedicated number they have for just that job, but some are too lazy to dial it. Ask PN to investigate.
