Adding authorised user

Hi,

 

I've been trying to add my flatmate to the plusnet account for when they need to call about the internet but i can't seem to find a way to add via my account. I've tried ringing to do so but it keeps saying "It has not been possible to connect your call" . I'm calling 0800 432 0200 . Online chat is also not available either ...

 

How can i add an authorised user, it's getting frustrating.
