Adding an authorised user

I want to add an authorised user to an account and the online instructions state this can be done via the members centre. Can someone point me to where in the members centre?

Try http://contactus.plus.net/ rather than the duff URL Adam's given! But then that won't get you much further as there's not an appropriate category for raising such a ticket so it's down to chat only. There used to be an easy way to request that via tickets.
