Adding an authorised user to my account

Would it be possible to open a ticket on my account so I can add an 'authorised user'.

 

I have looked through the account section but there doesn't seem to be any way to edit the details and the live chat is all about new customers.

Try raising a ticket here https://www.plus.net/wizard/index.html?p=wizard&page=22931&wizard_id=38 although calling 0800 432 0200 may be quicker

Thanks, I didn't know you could even submit your own tickets - they hide that well!

As an ISP it seems ironic that Plusnet won't deal with queries online anymore and you have to resort to calling them 😒
