Add a new user to account - no online chat

I want to add a new user to our online admin account but don't want to do this on the phone which isn't private.

Online chat is unavailable and it looks like there's no way of emailling a request in. 

Any ideas or just keep trying the online chat?

Do you mean you wish to add an 'authorised user'?

Hello Tony thanks for this and I did get your email.

As I'm sure you realise the website and help portal are down, and I can't reply to that email as it bounced back.


Is there a real email I can send to rather than post the details here?

@robatworkuk You can't reply by email, you have to respond to the ticket (or question). Click on the link in the post from @plusnettony. You will have to log in to your Member centre account, I don't know about earlier but it is working for me now.
