For some reason a cheque has not been processed on my Madasafish account for a customer referral i did over 90 days ago,

Can one of the digital care team please have a look at ticket ID: 33996165  Smiley

I've just added the referred account and 3 months worth of tokens..

This does not seem to have happened. The only responses i have had to my ticket are,
2:51pm, Tuesday 29th June 2010

Assigned the ticket to the correct ticket pool.
1:00pm, Wednesday 30th June 2010

We are unable to issue refunds without a ticket (like 33090637) to advise us of the referral. can this be looked into, as to the reason the ticket has not been generated.
