Activation code

I can see there have been loads of issues with the cashback offer. Like many others I didn't get the email to claim my card, so one of the agents did it. The card arrived but with no activation code email, and despite ringing the helpline several times to request a resend, nothing has arrived (yes I checked the spam). Plusnet say it is not their problem despite this being the joinining offer - please can anyone help as I feel I am banging my head against a brick wall. I wish I had never moved from talktalk, and I didn't think anyone could be that bad!

We're really sorry but the advice previously give, to call 0344 879 1069, is correct.
