I was on the phone almost two weeks ago because my account got closed due to a problem on Plusnets side of things, I was told I’d receive an email to create a new account but I’ve received nothing so I’m still stuck with no WIFI. I just want to know if anybody knows what I can do about it?

We're sincerely sorry to hear of the issues you've been experiencing both with your account being cancelled and with you not receiving a call to get your new account set up.
