Actually I've done some digging and I've re-opened the long standing support ticket on your account adding a reply which you can view and reply to from here: https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=view_question&id=188524950

I understand you've said you've no way of replying to this however I can see that the portal component is still active on your account so I'd expect you to be able to login still.

If you're unable to can you advise what happens when you try and if you've tried resetting your password without any special characters included?

OMG, can this company organise a [-Censored-] up in a brewery?  I have it in writing the fees were being waved, also one verbally. I keep getting emails but I can't reply to the open questions!!

Why has it even gone to that? 25th April I have it in writing that you are waving the fees. 

I had to recall the payment by the DD guarantee as it was.

@LEEEVANS69 I'm afraid I'm not entirely sure why this was transferred but I will look into this as part of the resolution. I will update you further on the 12th June.
