Account status stuck so I can't see offers or make changes

My account is stuck with the following message but I don't have any outstanding orders and my last account change was March last year:

An error has occurred

You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.

@hemp47 You will need a staff member to sort this - the (supposedly) automatic method of clearing this message on completion of account changes is totally broken.

That should be fixed for you within the next few hours.
