My account seems to be locked. I've tried 3 times to reset my password and upon resetting I've been unable to login using those details.
I haven't logged in but was looking to take advantage of the BT app offer yet up on clicking email link I got a "Service down" message every time I entered my details.
Please can my account be unlocked.
I've just looked into this, the account looks fine and there are no issues preventing you from logging in.
