Account restricted on payment due date

This keeps happening, my account has been restricted again for the 100th time, i always pay at the end of the month but my payment date is the 17th. Before i could just select the option when promoted to continue without restrictions during the grace period but now plusnet has decided not even give me that option as well as restricting me from even accessing my account online via the website even if i was able to pay them, seriously this needs to stop.
