After logging into my account I am offered a renewal for broadband from £22.99.
When I select this all I get is an error that this offer is not available. If you are not going to let me renew I might as well move my broadband to another provider, as my current broadband with plusnet is way over the cost of a new/renewed contract.
Why not just let customers select new customer deals instead of renewal deals that do not work?
