Account question

Hi

Just got a discount on my bill but have had an email saying that the old price is still being taken out. Any thoughts?

Please accept my sincerest apologies for this.

I have sent off an email request on your behalf to bring your discounts in line with the agreed contract. 

 

Hopefully this shouldn't be an issue to sort out. However, please be aware that we have had some accounts experience issues with discounts recently and our back office team is working to remedy this as soon as they can.
