Account phone number

Hi,
We recently moved house and phone + broadband was transfered over. My member center is still showing the phone number of the previous address.
Can you update my account to the new number please?

Matty,
Is this a manual or automated process when performing a house move?  I've seen a number of similar incidents (had it happen to one of my referrals).  I suspect it then causes problems with the profile update.  My referral had two bites at the cherry to get this one right, first for account details and then for the current speed page.
Does this need further investigation / staff t(re)raining?

The CLI change should automatically update during a home move, however I accept that the agents dealing with said home moves should be ensuring that this is updated manually should the automation fail.
I'll certainly get this looked into by our provisioning team
