Account password reset

Hi,

I've received an email saying my contract is almost up, so I've been trying to log into my account to renew it.

I know for a fact that my password was correct, but the site says it wasn't. So, I've changed it. About a dozen times over the past few days. Each time the change seems to go through and my router disconnects for a few seconds, presumably updating the password. It then reconnects, but when I try and log into my account it says invalid password.Again.

Anyone else had this? And/or knows how to fix it?

Re: Account password reset

@notsram  Welcome to the forum.

Are you getting your passwords mixed up? There's one for wireless and one for logging in to your hub. Both of these are on a label fixed to your hub. You also have a third username and password used to access your account and get you on line.

As far as I am aware it is impossible to change this without first logging into your account.

Just a thought but have you got, ‘allow cookies’ switched on or off ?

Fix

@dvorak thanks for moving this to the correct section! Smiley

Thanks for the other replies. I've now worked out what was wrong. I was using the wrong username! (I am officially an idiot!)
