Account overcharged

Hi, I got an email that my bill is available on the website. I went to check it because I just got finally upgraded to fibre and I was interested in how much it is gonna be. I was surprised to find out that an amount I need to pay is much higher than my expectations. Furthermore, I can see that there is a charge for fibre broadband from 5th Feb to 28th Feb but I just got upgraded and I didn’t have this service in February at all!


Could you please break the bill down for me and explain why the total amount is higher than what I see for my product in the account?
