Account now off hold - still being billed for wrong amount x 4

My account was put on hold in March as I was being billed £15.99 a month in error and not £8.99 as agreed in December.  This was due to the ongoing billing problems regarding, I assume, discounts. The account is apparently now off hold and email received on 17 September detailing 4 payments (assume the 3 allowed back payments and current) to be taken from my account shortly of, yes, you've guessed it £15.99. I updated the still open ticket on 18 September but have not as yet had a response.  Ticket Number is 189489325.

Thank you for your prompt response.  I see that I now have 2 open tickets.  All I want is to be billed £8.99 (less my referrals) in future. Will this happen.
