Account notice required

Hi first payment on account was 12/08/14.
When would I be OK to look at a new provider taking over my Broadband without any penalties from Plusnet ?
I cannot see an end date in My Account Details of the member centre, which seems strange.

See the attachment. Is the outstanding amount to leave the £38.85 ??
If so will this reduce further if I keep my Plusnet connection for say 1 month longer ?

yes but only slowly as the cancellation charge is rather less than the monthly subscription

So if I wait until 12/02/16 there should be £0 cancellation charge as I will have seen out my 18 month contract ?

The contract is due to expire on 22/03/16.
The contract started on 23/09/14 Wink
