Account not cancelled

My Plusnet phone and broadband service was transferred to a new provider via the 'Switching' process on the 9th Oct '18.  My Plusnet router was disconnected on the 9th Oct, and the new phone and broadband service was up and running without any problems.  However, Plusnet have not cancelled the account and are still attempting to collect payment for a non-existent service, which should have been terminated via the 'Switching' process.  Could Plusnet please cancel this account. Thanks
