Account in joint name?

Is it possible to have a Plusnet account in joint name? My wife sometimes has to deal with the bills and past providers haven't been allowing of this.

I suggest raising a ticket (otherwise known as asking a question) using the Help Assistant. I think https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=wizard&page=22948&wizard_id=38 should be a suitable path to use (Customer Services -> Other). Once you've done that posting the ticket number here might help get it actioned more quickly.

Taken from a similar thread and actioned within a (working) day.

Re: Account in joint name?

The account holder can contact Plusnet and ask for someone to be recorded on the account as being authorised to deal with the account.

Ticket number is 93585334. I'd be really grateful if you'd be able to speed up the response time.
Thanks for your help guys.

I've just checked and can see that's already been picked up.
