I have chased this up with the relevant team and due to it being account specific, I dropped you a SMS. 

 

I am out of the office tomorrow, but I will be back in at 09:00 on Friday and I will provide an update at that point. 😊

Many thanks for your help.

I've now been able to change the DD details on-line to my sisters - just done that 5 minutes ago. Feel free to contact me when you're back in the office tomorrow. Yey - we got there in the end. 😀

If you don't mind keeping an eye on whether the new DD setup is sucessful in the coming days then that would be appreciated.

Many thanks to yourself and your staff for your efforts and have a good christmas. A very well deserved 'This has fixed my problem' button push I am about to do. 😊
