Hi - one for the Plusnet Help Team I think (posted here, as I has trouble getting through by phone).
I've got a problem with my account being locked for changes. I get the following error message:
"You can't change your products for the moment, you already have a product change in progress"
I haven't made a product change for many many months, and would like to look at upgrading, and changing some details.
Please could you take a look and help?
